For managers and housing associations

Property manager app - readings, settlements, and control

Domopay organizes the work of building managers, housing cooperatives, and housing associations. Collect meter readings from tenants, run utility settlements, and keep a full history of every unit in one place - no more spreadsheets or paper slips.

One panel instead of ten spreadsheets

Most property managers still collect water, gas, and electricity readings by email, SMS, and handwritten notes. Domopay gives you a single panel showing every address, every unit, and every meter - with current value, last reading date, and consumption for the current period. Data is grouped by building, so managing dozens of addresses no longer requires hundreds of separate files.

Tenants submit readings themselves

Each tenant gets access only to their unit and their meters. They submit a reading from their phone in under 30 seconds and you receive a notification and a complete dataset ready for settlement. No more chasing residents to ask who hasn't submitted yet this month - Domopay tracks deadlines and sends automatic reminders.

A history that won't get lost

Every reading is saved with date, value, and calculated consumption. In a dispute with a tenant or utility provider, open the unit card and you have years of history at hand. Export to PDF or CSV and attach to an annual settlement, a housing association report, or a refund request.

Built for the Polish market

Domopay understands local specifics: G12 dual-rate electricity, separately billed cold and hot water, fixed-plus-variable fees, and sewage charged 1:1 to water consumption. The interface in Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, and English helps you serve a diverse resident base without a language barrier.

Manager questions about Domopay

How many addresses can I add to one account?

During beta there's no limit on addresses or units. A manager can handle a single multi-family building or a portfolio of dozens of properties across different cities.

Do tenants need to create an account?

Tenants get an invitation link from the manager and log in to their own independent account. They see only their unit and meters - never any data from neighbors or other buildings.

Will the app replace my cooperative's accounting system?

No - Domopay is not an accounting system. It focuses on reading collection, consumption tracking, and settlement history. Export to PDF or CSV and pass the data to your accounting system or accountant.

What if a tenant doesn't have a smartphone?

The manager can enter a reading manually on the tenant's behalf at any time - based on a phone report, a note in the mailbox, or a meter walk. The history shows who entered each reading.
