Is Domopay free?
Yes, fully free during beta. After launch we plan a freemium model: core features stay free, advanced tools in a paid tier. Nothing changes for beta users without notice.
Which countries are supported?
Right now we're mainly focused on Poland, but the app works for users in Ukraine, Belarus, and other EU countries too. Polish utility tariffs and providers are already built in.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Everything is encrypted, stored on EU servers, and never shared with anyone. Your readings are yours alone.
When will iOS and Android versions launch?
We're targeting Q3 2026 for the iOS and Android beta. A web version accessible from any browser - no install needed - is also planned. Sign up to the waitlist and we'll email you the moment it's available.
Can property managers use Domopay?
Yes, it works well for managers. You can handle multiple addresses and tenants from a single account, and tenants each have access only to their own unit.
How do reading reminders work?
You set the deadline once per meter. We'll remind you the day before and on the day itself. You can adjust the timing or frequency whenever you want.
What types of meters does the app support?
Water (cold and hot), gas, electricity with single and dual-rate tariffs, heating, sewage, and waste. All the common ones are already there.
Can I export data from the app?
Yes. Export your reading history and settlements to PDF or CSV. Useful if you need it for taxes, a dispute, or switching providers.
Does Domopay work with Polish utility providers (Tauron, PGE, PGNiG)?
Domopay doesn't replace your provider's portal, but it saves you from retyping the same number everywhere. You enter the reading once, and you can forward it to Tauron, PGE, PGNiG, E.ON, Orlen Gaz, your local water utility, or your building association. We're also working on direct API submission to selected providers, so the data gets there automatically.
Which electricity tariffs does the app support?
All the common Polish household tariffs: G11 (single-zone), G12 (day and night), and G12w (weekend at night rate). Enter zone readings separately and the app handles the math. Business tariffs (C) and prosumer solar billing are on the way.
